ABOUT US
The SHTM named its training restaurant Bistro 1979 to commemorate the year the School was established. Bistro 1979 is a student-run, multi-function restaurant unit providing a “real-world” restaurant setting for students to build on the skill-sets required in the food and beverage industry. The restaurant seats 66 persons, offering lunches and evening themed dinners during the semester. Its specially designed menu is organised by students and supported by international teaching professionals to ensure an unforgettable dining experience.
