ABOUT US
Residing within the SHTM complex, Bistro 1979 is a student-run, multi-function food and beverage restaurant unit. Bistro 1979 provides a “real-world” restaurant setting for students during their academic year to learn, experiment, experience and build on the skill sets required in the food and beverage industry. The restaurant has a capacity of 66 persons and includes main and exclusive dining areas for its members and guests, offering lunches and evening themed dinners during the semester.
