Catering Studies Dining Society
Founded in 1979, the Catering Studies Dining Society (CSDS) is a non-profit-making organization registered as a Member's Club. It is established for people who are interested in helping our students to develop their knowledge and skills in the provision of food and beverages. CSDS manages the student training restaurant, and food and beverage training labs in SHTM.
CSDS has continued to improve its reputation and expand the options available to CSDS members. Through the help and support of the members, SHTM Hotel Management students can develop their leadership qualities, communicating and time management skills that prepare them for employment in the hospitality industry.
